After doing a good bit of research, I decided to have Perfect Paver take care of our patio and walkway restoration. Their reviews were outstanding. First of all, communication was excellent from beginning to end. I can’t say enough about that. Our salesman, Scott, examined everything and took detailed notes and many pictures. He explained the entire process and got a quote back to me quickly. They do things in stages with expert teams for each part of the process—from repairs to cleaning and sealing. I was kept in the loop for the whole thing! Our patio and walkways were built in 2015 and repairs were needed in a major way. Joey, our repair expert, was meticulous. He worked tirelessly for two days and got everything right back in place where it used to be. About a week later, Gary and Ethan were our cleaning and sealing team. They cleaned one day and sealed the next. They did a wonderful job. The entire patio looks brand new. Everyone showed up on time. They were friendly and professional. I’m quite pleased. If you’re looking for a company to really do what they say they’re going to do, Perfect Paver is it. Is it expensive? Yes. But well worth it for a job well done.

Travis and Kelly worked GREAT as a team doing the repairs.Travis explained the steps. Both worked hard and made surepavers were level, especially around the pine tree, and put in the cement barrier. I was impressed with their workmanship. Then Gary and Ethan did an excellent job in cleaning, sanding and sealing my patio. I would highly recommend this company for your project. (Now I have to finish with new dirt and mulch)
All in all it was a good experience. The first crew arrived to redo the portions of our paver patio that had sunk and were uneven. They did a very good job of restoration and in some cases went above and beyond. The second crew arrived about a week later to do the cleaning. They moved the furniture off without damaging anything. When they were done everything looked as close as you can get to looking new. The only little hiccup is that in their power washing they undid a little portion of the repairs that the first crew had completed. I messaged the crew leader that evening though and in the morning when they returned they corrected issues before sealing. The job was expensive but it fell right in line with the other companies we got estimates from so I can't really complain. All the crews arrived on time, they were friendly and professional. At this point I do recommend them. I know that over time things will continue to shift so I don't expect the the patio to stay looking perfect forever. The question is will they respond quickly if a section of the patio collapses in a week. There's supposed to to be a year guarantee so we'll see.
After looking for years for a company to paint my patio Perfect Pavers was great. Weather hinder them (rain for weeks) but the wait was so worth it.
Every aspect of this job was completely professional and easy. The quote was done within 2 weeks of my initial call. They kept me apprised as to when the job would begin, and actually came earlier than the estimated date. The gentlemen who did the work- Dale and another very nice guy whose name I forgot to ask- were polite and gave attention to detail. They answered all my questions and left my property very much improved. The color of my brick pavers changed from dull, dirty, and washed-out to brand-new! Thank you to very much! I had a bluestone paver patio releveled, edged and sealed. The staff, from sales force to paver leveling crew, to sealer crew were all very polite, professional and informative. I just had my Paver patio stripped and sanded and sealed. It was a mess before the guys started. It turned out great! Daniel and Zac done a terrific job. They were terrific to work with.
